Shipping

Where does LOJEL ship?

We currently ships to everywhere in the 48 contiguous United States.

Is there a shipping charge?

Nope! We offer Free Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes! We offer a Faster Shipping option at checkout to anywhere in the contiguous United States on a per item basis. All luggage or bags can be shipped with Faster Shipping for $25; All accessories can be shipped with Faster Shipping for an additional $10. This ensures your purchase will arrive within 1-3 business days from the day after the order has been placed.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Would you like to ship your order to a P.O. Box? No problem. We can ship to any P.O. Box in the 48 contiguous United States.

When exactly will I receive my order?

It really depends on where you’d like your order shipped! All lojel.com orders ship from our Los Angeles warehouse.

All orders that use our Free Standard Shipping will arrive within 3-7 business days, but if you take our Faster Shipping option, we guarantee delivery within 1-3 business days.

Returns

What is LOJEL’s return policy?

We believe all customers should have a chance to open the box and see our products for themselves without liability or concern.

We offer a 30-Day hassle-free return policy to all customers on all products so you can shop with peace of mind. Should you want to return your purchase, just contact our customer service team and we’ll issue you a return label that you can use to return your purchase at no additional cost to you.

What's the return policy for bundles, sets, and other promotional offers?

Our promotional offers still have a 30-day hassle-free return policy and free return shipping. Partial returns of promotional offers, such as sets, bundles, etc., will void the original offer and the offer amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

I’d like to return a recent purchase, what should I do?

Easy! Just contact our customer service team and we’ll send you a free return shipping label. All return shipping within the contiguous United States is on us. Return shipping costs outside of the continental US will be the customer’s responsibility.

Once we’ve received your return and confirmed that the product was not used, damaged, or otherwise impaired from its original condition, we’ll issue you a refund for the original product purchase price in full. Partial returns of promotional offers, such as sets, bundles, etc. will void the original offer and the offer amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that all original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

What payment methods do we accept?

We currently accept Apple Pay as well as all MasterCard, Visa, American Express cards.

When will I be charged for my order?

Once you’ve completed your order, your account will be immediately charged by us. Orders cancelled before shipment are normally refunded within 2-5 business days.

My Order

How do I track my order?

After you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you two emails within one business day. The first will be a confirmation that your order has been received. The second will be a confirmation that your order has been processed with a tracking number included for you to track your shipment all the way to your delivery time.

Can I cancel or change my order once it’s been placed?

All orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. However, once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return process and successfully return any items purchased in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order to receive your refund. Additionally, any expedited or international shipping fees associated with your order will not be eligible for refund.
